At this academic conference focusing on various current issues, sharing academic knowledge and information to present food-related visions to the government and industry, Neocrema showcased new research outcomes.
This research, which enhanced the safety of basic media for bovine muscle stem cell culture and antimicrobial agents using only food-grade Ingredients, demonstrated that the media were effective for cell growth compared to commercial media, and the antimicrobials effectively inhibited the proliferation of Staphylococcus aureus and E. coli.
Future research will focus on producing specialized media for different livestock breeds such as chicken and pigs, with plans to continue studying optimal growth media using muscle stem cells.
