A presentation introducing CoreBlast was conducted at the Health Food Expo, Ingredients and Contract Manufacture 2024 held at the Tokyo International Forum on April 24th and 25th, 2024.
Health Food Expo, Ingredients and Contract Manufacture 2024 is a B2B business exhibition showcasing raw materials, ingredients, and contract manufacturing services in the fields of health functional foods, nutritional supplements, and natural products.
In the 25-minute presentation conducted in front of approximately 30 audience members, an introduction to CoreBlast included the following topics.
Introduction to CoreBlast®: CoreBlast® is a low molecular weight whey protein (WPC) created through enzymatic hydrolysis. With an average molecular weight of 1,000 Da, it offers superior absorption compared to WPC and contains the LDIQK peptide, which contributes to enhanced exercise performance and muscle synthesis.
Benefits test results: CoreBlast® demonstrated positive effects in mouse experiments, such as increased muscle recovery, muscle mass growth, muscle synthesis, and reduction in muscle atrophy factors. It is suggested that the LDIQK peptide plays a role in these benefits.
Human application trials: CoreBlast® showed positive results in clinical trials involving humans, improving muscle strength and exercise performance.
Safety and patents: CoreBlast® has been recognized as an individually approved health functional food by the Korean Ministry of Food and Drug Safety and has obtained patents in Japan and Korea.
