Notice on the Protection of Rights for Holders of Share Certificates Subject to Conversion to Electronic Securities
In accordance with the introduction and implementation of our electronic securities system [Mon, Sep 16, 2019], we hereby publicize the following matters pursuant to Article 3, Paragraph 3 of the Addenda of the "Act on Electronic Registration of Stocks, Bonds, etc." to protect the rights holders of certificates subject to conversion that were not deposited at the time of the Act's enforcement.

Physical certificates held will lose their validity starting from the enforcement date of the Electronic Securities Act [Mon, Sep 16, 2019].
Holders of physical certificates must deposit the relevant certificates into their trading brokerage account by Wed, Aug 21, 2019, or submit the physical certificates to the Korea Securities Depository (Transfer Agent) by 11:00 AM on the business day immediately preceding the enforcement date of the Act [Wed, Sep 11, 2019] and request the deposit into their trading brokerage account (the electronic registration account to be electronically registered).
The Company requests the electronic registration entity (Korea Securities Depository) to electronically register the securities based on the rights holders recorded in the shareholder registry as of the business day immediately preceding the enforcement date of the Act [Wed, Sep 11, 2019]
